Nature of Threat: The leases for use of this site will expire and not be renewed in July of 2021. It is uncertain what will happen to this 90 year old Art Deco building after that time.

History: This building was completed in 1931. It is a lovely example of the Art Deco architecture in Toronto in the 1930s.
